Day Three

Dear Elliott,

Thank you for realizing that I can't change overnight and that I'm trying. Breakfast was delicious! And past 3 days have been really good.

That's a great thing to recognize. Change never comes over night. Keep it up.

Here we go...

I have been living my life like it is a movie. Like the world revolves around me and the choices I make and the things I say have no real consequences. But my life isn't a movie.

So I need to make some changes in my life. I asked my boyfriend and my closest friends in Korea to support me in these changes.

The goals:
1. Be more positive.
2. Don't take things so personal regarding people that I don't care about.
3. Try not to set up camp around disappointment.
4. Be patient. Slow down.
5. Be god damn silly once in awhile.
6. If you don't agree with other people's choices, try to keep it to myself.
7. Write something nice about Elliott every day.
